To celebrate, we gave our Year 7 and 8 students an assortment of free books. Our amazing Librarian, Rachel, prepared a presentation providing exciting descriptions of all the wonderful books on offer. Students were then free to choose a book to read at home or even straight away, during break time and lunch!
We also launched our latest, literature campaign, Reverse Reads.
All our students received a special postcard and were asked to recommend a book for a member of staff. So far, we have been inundated with some brilliant suggestions, highlighting the amazing relationships between classes and staff, alongside issues that interest and affect our students daily.
