We recently held a magical Harry Potter Quiz to help celebrate Harry Potter Book Night!
Our event proved to be extremely popular, so much so, that we were required to relocate from the CHS library into our more spacious canteen!
Students and staff gathered into teams to have fun and enjoy answering a series of Potter related trivia questions. Our quiz was unbelievably competitive and all answer sheets were collected and taken to the Ministry of Magic for independent verification before the announcement of the 2018 winners!
1st place: Dumbledore’s Army: Rachel Gardner, Abbie Pole, Ellie Pole and Sasha Friedenthal. With 46 marks. They received a £5 book token each and some chocolate.
Joint 2nd place: Marauders: Beth Edwards, Megan Hollingworth, Scarlet Porteus and Frankie Pertoldi. With 44 marks.
Joint 2nd place: Chudley Cannons: Emilie Becker, Katarina Jankovic, Chloe Hampson, Liam Burns. With 44 marks.
Joint 3rd place: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Quizadry: Our very own TA’s, Lois Osborne, Anna Mitchyn, Jenna Pratt and Fabian Lohan. With 43 and a half marks.
Joint 3rd place: The Wizengamot: Rosie Wilson, Isla Martin, Evie Elderfield and Gabriella Engineer. With 43 and a half marks.
Joint 3rd place: It’s Levi Osa: Eve Newby, Eve Johnson, Hannah Solomon and Katie Bell. With 43 and a half marks.
