Sleep 8-9 Hours a Night

  • Stay away from caffeine and sugary drinks late on in the day
  • Get regular exercise
  • Switch off blue light (Phone, TV, Tablet, Games Console) at least an hour before bed
  • Have regular bedtime schedule
  • Listen to a sleep playlist or podcast before bed (>)
  • Practice relaxation breathing exercises
  • Postpone worrying; if you wake in the night worrying about something, make a note on a piece of paper and come back to it the next day when you can be more productive tackling it
