Sleep 8-9 Hours a Night
- Stay away from caffeine and sugary drinks late on in the day
- Get regular exercise
- Switch off blue light (Phone, TV, Tablet, Games Console) at least an hour before bed
- Have regular bedtime schedule
- Listen to a sleep playlist or podcast before bed (>)
- Practice relaxation breathing exercises
- Postpone worrying; if you wake in the night worrying about something, make a note on a piece of paper and come back to it the next day when you can be more productive tackling it
